We’re excited to offer three different types of fresh kale – each with its own unique flavor and texture! Whether you’re looking for the sweet, mild taste of Siberian Kale, the earthy richness of Smooth Kale, or the bold, curly texture of Blue Curled Scotch, we’ve got you covered!
Our kale is sold by the bunch, which includes 8 to 12 leaves, depending on the size of the leaves. We package what is available at the time, ensuring you always get the freshest kale we have!
Each bunch of kale typically weighs around 8 to 12 ounces (about 1/2 to 3/4 pound).
- Siberian Kale: Large, flat leaves with a mild, sweet flavor – perfect for soups, salads, and smoothies.
- Smooth Kale (Lacinato): Long, leathery leaves with a mild, earthy taste – great for sautéing or adding to hearty dishes.
